Through his dedication and proficiency, he quickly ascended the corporate ladder, holding positions such as branch claims manager and vice president of claims at esteemed companies including Infinity Group, National Colonial, and Warner Insurance. 

During this time, Bob also began designing and constructing his own spec homes, honing his craft in both design and construction. This extensive experience paved the way for him to accept built-to-suit projects for clients. 

Presently, Bob selectively chooses projects that align with his passion and interests. He understands the importance of a strong connection and mutual understanding between the client and builder, and thus fosters a friendly relationship during the early stages of planning and throughout various meetings with professionals working on the project.
